Available
Available · Phase 1
Sanger genotyping.
From sample sheet and original trace to reviewed, signed result, with every action on the record.
Plates and calls
- Whole-plate AB1 import with every original retained byte for byte
- Read and plate quality with required controls checked first
- Calls at each configured target, including heterozygous indels named in HGVS
Review and release
- Review by exception and one sweep for clear calls
- Blind second review where the test requires it
- Locked releases, versioned amendments, reports and checkable certificates
- Repeat decisions exported into the next plate's sample sheet
Available · Phase 2
The molecular biology workbench.
Designing, building and confirming an assay in the same recorded place as its results.
Assay design
- Primer design with known variants masked and candidate pairs checked against the genome
- Primer library with modifications, orders and lots
- Confirmed constructs pinned into versioned tests as positive controls
Projects and tools
- Restriction, Gateway, homology and Golden Gate cloning with recorded junction checks
- Construct confirmation, alignments, trees and Sanger edit analysis
- Versioned projects, workflows and open-format import and export
- BLAST, public database, structure, RNA, motif and protein tools
Available · Phase 4
PCR, arrays and parentage.
Controls-first calculations, exact methods and inspectable evidence through review and release. Automatic qPCR calling still requires the laboratory's own validation and concordance pass.
PCR
- Real-time PCR plate import, raw-curve analysis and explicit quality flags
- Detection, copy number, gene expression, GMO content and allelic discrimination
- Digital PCR concentration with uncertainty, LOD and LOQ state
- RDML export with independent read-back verification
Arrays and parentage
- SNP-array and supported genotype-table import
- Parentage verification and discovery kept as distinct workflows
- Blind review, explicit marker conflicts, locked release and certificates
In development · Phase 3
NGS core.
Phase 3 is being developed and validated. The shared demo does not deploy the separate NGS compute worker or demonstrate unfinished NGS workflows.
Work remaining
- Sequencing-run intake, demultiplexing and read-quality checks
- Short-read mapping and lossless alignment and variant artifacts
- Germline, joint and low-frequency calling with public benchmark evidence
- Panel results in the same evidence-first review used for Sanger
- Operational qualification of the separate compute worker
Invite-only demonstration
See the available workflows.
The shared demo uses public and synthetic data. Client and human samples do not go on the shared server.
