Product
The whole life of a genetic test.
From the first primer to the signed result, in one place: Sanger, real-time and digital PCR, SNP arrays and parentage, every step on the record. Six stages, each with the screens that do it.
The stages
- 01
Design
Primers checked against the genome and known variants, constructs built and confirmed.
- 02
Run
Sanger and PCR plates come in whole, with originals kept and problems caught on arrival.
- 03
Analyse
Sanger, PCR, array and parentage analysis, each result naming its method and settings.
- 04
Check
Review by exception, a blind second check, and identity checks before anything is reviewed.
- 05
Release
A release that locks, certificates anyone can check, and amendments as new versions.
- 06
Records and proof
Every action on the record, validation packs, and files that leave exactly as they were kept.
In development · Phase 3
NGS is the next read type.
The NGS workflow is being developed and validated. It is not available in the current demo, and its separate compute worker is not deployed.

In every stage
Built in, not bolted on.
The things that are hard to add later were there from the first release.
- Every action on the record
- Who did what, when and why, each entry holding the hash of the one before.
- The same result anywhere
- Exact input versions and engines pinned by digest, so a run gives the same answer on any machine.
- Open formats
- FASTA, GenBank, AB1, RDML and CSV in and out, with nothing locked in a format of ours.
- Operated by RegAid
- Nothing to install or keep up. We run Readcall for your lab and keep it running.
